I was indecisive with my choice sue to the large selection and staff was extra patient and kind as I tried to make up my mind. At no point did I feel rushed nor did I feel pressured to purchase anything. Wonderful experience and my gift was fairly priced when compared to market the market value of gold. I will definitely go back
