  I went in to purchase a new charge cord and printer ink. I waited quite a long time after requesting help with the charge cord because I wasn't sure which we're compatible with Android phones. It was suggested that I get the store brand with a year warranty. This type of cord is so poorly made, they fall out of the phone after about 2 weeks. When I told them this, they said it doesn't matter because I could keep replacing it. As a disabled person, the idea of returning to get new chords throughout the year is very unappealing. As for the ink- I was pretty sure I knew the type but asked a different employee just to be sure. He checked his phone and told me I had the wrong ink and took it back to the shelf. I believed he was mistaken so I asked him to check my purchase history ( I have a card) and sure enough I was correct in the first place. I had to go back across the store to get my ink back. I am not at all confident that all of the employees are actually qualified to impart advice - buyer beware and do your own research beforehand.
